Heuchera ‘Bella Notte’

Heuchera ‘Bella Notte’

Bella Notte

The grower believes that this is one of the most beautiful, crinkled, lobed,  dark leaves Heucheras on the market.  The dark purple foliage is lightly silvered.  The colorful flowers start as red buds and open to light pink flowers.   Similar characteristic of the Heuchera called ‘Obsidian’, but even better.  ‘Bella Notte’ is of the villosa hybrid and  is one of the best large leaved heucheras there is on the market.   They are more heat and humidity tolerant than other varieties.   It attracts butterflies and hummingbirds.  It is excellent in mass plantings, borders, groundcover, rock and alpine gardens and well as in containers.
